1. The right board for the job

The board grade decides whether your product arrives in one piece. A good cardboard box shop will tell you which grade suits your goods, not just sell you whatever is cheapest.

*Weight capacities are a guide only.

2. A wide range of standard sizes

Standard sizes are the fastest and cheapest option when they fit. We keep a broad range on the shelf, including:

Brown stock carton 320 x 240 x 200 mm from our cardboard box shop

3. Custom sizes without big minimums

Many large manufacturers won’t quote below several hundred boxes. That rules out most small businesses and online sellers.

We make custom boxes in short runs, without the upfront cost of tooling dies. We can add custom inserts and dividers, and print your logo or artwork in-house with low-volume digital printing.

4. A turnaround you can plan around

Ask for the time from approval to delivery, not just production time. Our standard manufacturing turnaround is 2 to 7 business days from final artwork and size approval. Freight time depends on where you are, and you can always pick up from Mount Barker.

5. Honest advice on size

Measure the inside, not the outside

We always quote internal dimensions: length, then width, then height. Measure your product and add a 3 to 5 mm buffer. A box that is too big uses more void fill and can push your parcel into a higher postage band.

Moving house instead?

For a one-off move, our starter, medium and large moving packs bundle the cartons, paper and tape you need. Second-hand boxes are fine for a house move if they are dry and sturdy, but for business shipping always use new boxes. A failed carton costs far more than a new one.
